Terms of Use

Effective date: January 1, 2025

Agreement and access

By using the BreezeCode Studio website, you agree to these terms and to use the service lawfully. We may update, suspend, or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary to operate the website.

Educational content

Course descriptions, examples, exercises, and guidance are provided for educational purposes. They support skill development but do not promise employment, certification, income, or a particular technical result.

Demonstration features

Fallows and Cart use browser localStorage to demonstrate saved courses and order summaries. The cart does not process payments, create enrollment records, or establish a purchase contract.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, misuse contact forms, copy the service for deceptive purposes, or submit content that violates law or another person’s rights.

Intellectual property

BreezeCode Studio owns or licenses the website design, written curriculum descriptions, brand elements, and software presentation. You may view the material for personal learning and may not redistribute or commercially reproduce it without written permission.

Availability and disclaimers

The website is provided on an available basis. We work to keep information accurate, but examples and technical recommendations may change as tools evolve. You are responsible for evaluating code before using it in a production system.

Limitation and termination

To the extent permitted by law, BreezeCode Studio is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the website. We may restrict access when use violates these terms or creates a security or operational risk.
